Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your order. Here's how returns work at Evy Lean.
7-day return window
You may return unopened products within 7 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.
Condition of products
For health and safety reasons, supplements must be unopened, with the seal intact and in the original packaging. Opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
How to request a return
Contact us with your order number and the product you'd like to return. We'll confirm and arrange a courier collection or drop-off point.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If a product arrives damaged, tampered with or incorrect, let us know within 7 days and we will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery costs.
